Job TitleRegistered Nurse – Labor & Delivery | Night Charge RN

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Serve in a Charge RN capacity on the night shift within a Family Birth Place unit
- Provide Labor & Delivery care inclusive of OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
- Support approximately 80 deliveries per month, caring for infants 32 weeks gestational age and above
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
- Participate in call rotation, expected at approximately one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, subject to change
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license authorizing practice in Colorado, in good standing
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
- Prior experience in Labor & Delivery as a travel or charge RN
- Experience in a combined L&D, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and function effectively in a charge nurse role
- Familiarity with evidence-based practice standards in maternal-newborn care
