Job Title: PSYCH
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00PM - 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate
: $60 - $65/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PSYCH for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PSYCH:- Work 3-12 hour night shifts per week in an in-hospital residential treatment center serving adolescents ages 15-18
- Provide nursing care focused on addiction recovery and mental health needs for the adolescent population
- Maintain current Colorado RN License (DORA)
- Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Work rotating weekends as required
- Complete a fingerprint-based national criminal history check within the last 30 days as outlined by Human Services for Youth Mentoring Program
- Apply a minimum of 2 years RN work experience in Adolescent Psychiatric or Addiction settings
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Participate in recreation activities with clients as needed
- Maintain CAC Certification if applicable (a plus)
- Receive required Flu Vaccine with no exemptions
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Weekly pay every Friday
