We’re partnering with a fast-growing security solutions company based in beautiful Glenwood Springs, CO that is looking for a true Security Installation Ninja — someone who can show up, own the work, and deliver high-quality installations without needing their hand held.

This is not a sales role.

This is not a micromanaged environment.

This is for a skilled technician who takes pride in clean installs, clean wiring, clean terminations — and wants to build something long term.

You’ll be given a company truck, gas card, strong benefits, and the autonomy to do what you do best.

• Install and configure access control and surveillance systems
• Work with platforms like Genetec, Axis, Avigilon, Bosch, Assa Abloy, Salto (or similar manufacturers)
• Pull, terminate, label, and test low voltage cabling (fiber experience a plus)
• Read and interpret blueprints and system schematics
• Conduct site surveys and plan installations accordingly
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions independently
• Document installations clearly and accurately
• Travel throughout the Western Slope as needed

• Strong experience installing and troubleshooting access control systems
• Experience with surveillance system installations
• Solid low voltage cabling experience (data wire required)
• Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
• Field service experience preferred
• AVIXA certification is a plus
