Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients following individualized care plans. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Assisting the physical therapist to develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Providing assistance to patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discussing treatment with patients and recording patient conditions and responses in charts after each visit.
• Maintaining continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operating and applying knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
