Gila County Recorder’s Office is seeking a Deputy Recording Clerk to facilitate processing of official documents and maintain voter registration records. Under supervision, you will review documents, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with state and county regulations.
You will assist in preparing for elections, manage voter materials and early ballots, and provide excellent customer service to the public. Prior related experience and SOS certification are required.
