Days:
Tuesday to Friday
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
32 per week
Requirements:
- Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions
- Must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility
Compliance / Notes:
- No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) per 13-week contract
- The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
