Cynet Health Staff is seeking a CRNA for a 13-week anesthesia assignment in Arizona. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a requirement for active Arizona licensure and board certification. ACLS and PALS are required, and a clean malpractice background is essential.
Shifts include general surgery, OB/GYN, GI, and ortho cases; there are two ORs and no cardiac or neuro cases. A minimum of 10-20 shifts per month is expected, with on-site duties and call responsibilities
