Below is the estimated pay rate.
- Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
- 100 MILE RADIUS RULE
* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. - RTO:
No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract - Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
- Call:
Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration
Gross Pay Weekly: $2725 (Based on 36hrs) Weekly Taxable: $1458 ($40.50/hr x 36hrs) Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly) Lodging: $791 per week OT Rate: $75 (After 40hrs) Estimated Net Weekly: $2287 (based on 36hrs) Gross Pay Weekly: $3487 (Based on 48hrs) Estimated Net Weekly: $2821 (Based on 48hrs) Thank you so much!
