Dairy Queen of Globe, Inc. is seeking a Director of HR & Risk Management to oversee the development and implementation of Human Resource and Risk Management policies in Globe, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage employee relations and risk management strategies.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of ten years experience in HR, is required. SPHR certification and a valid Driver’s License are preferred.
