This part‑time role supports the overall upkeep of our community by ensuring our common areas, vacant units, and exterior pathways are consistently clean, safe, and inviting.

• Maintain clean and orderly common areas including offices, hallways, restrooms, and shared amenities
• Sanitize interior spaces by mopping, sweeping, dusting, washing, and vacuuming
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring every surface shines
• Support exterior cleanliness by completing trash pickup, sweeping sidewalks, and keeping walkways clear
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and assist with light tasks such as changing bulbs as needed

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or similar hands‑on roles
• Familiarity with common cleaning products and proper usage
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while working independently
• Comfort communicating with residents, staff, and vendors
• Reliable safety habits and the ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds

• Pay starting at $18/hour!
