Envision is seeking highly qualified and motivated CRNA to join our team of dedicated CRNA's at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, AZ.

Earn between $400K-$450K a year for Full-Time. Work 3 weeks on and 1 week off Full-Time. Part‑Time schedule available as well. Work one week on and 3 weeks off.

For over 100 years, Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center (CVRMC) has been providing health services to Globe‑Miami and surrounding communities. With a recently completed expansion and renovation, CVRMC provides state‑of‑the‑art technology and care, with a comfort and modern feel throughout the 25‑bed facility, 4‑bed ICU and throughout all departments. The region served by CVRMC is a 65‑mile radius which includes the towns and cities of Globe, Miami, Claypool, San Carlos, Superior, Kearny, Hayden, Winkleman, Tonto Basin, Roosevelt, and Young.

Surgical Services include General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Eye Surgery, ENT Surgery, OB/GYN, Outpatient Day Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics. CVRMC has 5 fully‑equipped labor/delivery/recovery/post‑partum rooms, two additional recovery rooms, and a nursery equipped to accommodate well‑babies delivered at 36 weeks or later. The CV Family Birth Center averages 20 deliveries per month.
