Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and well-being through effective assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and document their medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Float to different units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current nursing license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to float between units and adapt to different clinical settings.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• CPR and BLS certified.
