Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (LDRP)

Globe, AZ | Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts with On-Call Requirement

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the care team
• Support postpartum patients and newborns, providing education and hands-on care
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by the unit schedule

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or LDRP nursing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and fulfill on-call obligations

• Experience in a low-volume or critical access hospital setting
• Familiarity with managing a broad scope of LDRP patient needs independently
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
