Job Description & How to Apply Below

The GLOBE Institute at the University of Copenhagen invites applications for a postdoctoral position in bioinformatics and computational proteomics, based in the Institute's palaeoproteomics and biomolecular archaeology group.

The position serves as the computational core of Struct Prot, a cross‑faculty UCPH Convergence project that combines protein biophysics, evolutionary genomics, biomolecular archaeology, and textile research to resolve species identity and post‑translational modifications in the structural proteins collagen and keratin.

Responsibilities

  • Translate this diversity into a structured reference resource for mass spectrometry species identification.
  • Develop pipelines for the analysis of ZooMS (MALDI‑TOF MS) and LC‑MS/MS data.
