Retail Scan Associate; GLOBE AZ

This is a permanent PART-TIME role. The base hours for this position average from 2:30 hours Bi-weekly, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours (typically 1–2 hours a few times a year) are frequently assigned for special projects throughout the year, with higher demand from January through June. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview.

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

• Convenience – GLOBE AZ 85501 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Perform weekly in-store data collections at assigned local retailers for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Scan barcodes throughout the store using a downloadable app on a mobile phone.
• Provide the quantity of approximately 45% of the products scanned.
• Report to the store within the described deadline.
• Complete display scanning across the entire store each week, which can take several hours.
• Complete custom projects for specific product details requested by clients, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per week for some weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines, ensuring data is delivered on time to clients.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
