Sales Representative at SEB Pepsi-Cola

Purpose:

Promote the growth and development of SEB Pepsi-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Development Agreement (CDA).

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
  Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location. Place orders for products tomaintaininventory levels for consumer purchase.
• Merchandising:
  Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability are properly stocked,maintained, and rotated.
• Sales Promotion:
  Sell new and promotional items and plan floor and cooler space with store decision makers to maximize sales revenue.
• Inventory Management:
  
  Maintainback room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
• Customer Development Agreements:
  Sell yearly Customer Development Agreements (CDA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers to ensure accounts arerestockedand displays are built in alignment with company standards and store agreements.
• Returns Management:
  Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of products unfit for sale, ensuring expired or damaged products are not sold to consumers.
• Meetings and Projects:
  Attend meetings as assigned andassistwith special projects and events.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; equivalent degree/certificate preferred.
• Must be able tooperate
  
  Excel, Outlook, Word, and a PDF reader on a cell phone device.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Musthave a valid driver’s license.
• Drivingrecordmust meet SEB Pepsi’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Reliableformof transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds.

Job Details:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, Weekendsas Required, OT as needed.
• Pay: $50-65K/YR.
