Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business clients to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
• Problem-solve and encourage potential customers to commit to services

• A proactive approach to customer interactions
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
• 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
• An Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Experience in a sales-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
• Ability to adapt and tailor communications to different customer needs
