As a Mining Laborer, you’ll play a vital hands‑on role in supporting daily mining operations through physical labor and teamwork. Core responsibilities include fueling pad‑crew equipment and ensuring the site‑wide water system is operational to support drilling activities and water truck resupply. This role is ideal for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to contribute to a high‑performing crew in a dynamic work environment.

• Perform tasks on the labor crew that support operations through culvert installation, equipment cleaning, and general yard and site maintenance
• Perform general laborer duties including shoveling, raking, debris removal and maintaining access routes
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
• Actively participate in toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and follow all site safety procedures

• Previous mining experience is preferred however, not necessary
• d emonstrates an awareness and understanding of mining safety
• E nthusiastic and communicative, with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow within the role
• Current MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal certification is preferred
• Ability to a pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening

• 5 days on with 4 days off, working 12‑hour days that has the potential to alternate between a day and night shift rotation
• Overtime rates apply after 40 hours per week and are paid at time and a half
• Living out allowance provided for those who qualify
