We're looking for experienced construction professionals who take pride in their work and want to build exceptional outdoor projects. If you're dependable, motivated, and possess real construction skills, we want to hear from you.

If you have experience in excavation, concrete, plumbing, grading, site work, or heavy equipment operation, we'll train you in our industry practices.

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

• Excavation, grading, and site preparation
• Installing underground plumbing
• Forming, pouring, and finishing concrete walls, stairs, tanning ledges, and benches
• mixing and troweling vermiculite
• General handtool labor: assisting the excavator in shaping a hole, raking and shoveling around work site
• Reading grades, elevations, and layout
• General construction, site work, and cleanup
• Maintaining equipment, tools, and job site safety

Higher pay is available for applicants with experience in:

• Excavator or skid steer operation
• Concrete forming and finishing
• Site work and grading
• Light irrigation type of plumbing
• Hardscape or masonry
• Reading site elevations

• $25–$40 per hour
