Strategic Finance Manager - FP&A

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and business decision support within a complex operating environment. This is not a traditional finance role. Instead, the position focuses on helping leadership evaluate risk, profitability, pricing, and long-term business strategy through advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience in commodity, energy finance and/or hedging analysis preferred
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience translating complex financial data into business recommendations
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, operational finance, or risk management
