Clare Medical of New Jersey is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for Visiting Physician Service. This role offers either part-time (2 days/week) or full-time (M-F) work, with independent practice in a supportive team.
You will conduct detailed patient assessments, wellness exams, manage chronic diseases, order and interpret labs, and travel within the region. NJ APN license and DEA/CDS are required;
Athena EMR experience is a plus. Competitive salary and travel reimbursement.
