Job Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of NJ in good standing. NA's must have completed 90 hour accredited CNA course

Full-time, Weekends (NO per diem shifts available)

$21.00 benefitted, $24.00 non-benefitted

• Assist with patient care and ADL's under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with activities of daily living
• Provide gastric lavage and airway management as needed
• Assist patients with feeding and meal consumption assistance
• Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met
• Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and POC point click care
• Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, dementia
• Assist with the management of durable medical equipment (DME)

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and Point click care
