Job Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of NJ in good standing. NA's must have completed 90 hour accredited CNA course
Full-time, Weekends (NO per diem shifts available)
Salary:$21.00 benefitted, $24.00 non-benefitted

- Assist with patient care and ADL's under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Provide gastric lavage and airway management as needed
- Assist patients with feeding and meal consumption assistance
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and POC point click care
- Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, dementia
- Assist with the management of durable medical equipment (DME)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and Point click care
