Title: Diesel, Truck & Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Salary: $25 - $32 per hour

We’re hiring experienced mechanics to join a busy, well‑equipped service shop supporting a wide range of diesel vehicles and heavy equipment. This hands‑on role offers variety, working on trucks, yard equipment, forklifts, trailers, and some construction equipment. You’ll be part of a skilled team that values quality work, safety, and reliability, and this is a solid opportunity for mechanics looking for steady work and long‑term stability.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Equipment Technician, Fleet Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or Shop Mechanic.
• Proficiency with Freightliner, Yard Truck, Yard Hustler, Jockey Truck, Terminal Equipment, Forklifts, Reach Stacker, Container Handler, Chassis & Trailers, and Construction Equipment.
• Proven experience repairing Diesel Engines, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Brake Systems, Transmission Repair, Cooling Systems, and Fuel Systems.
• Skills in Welding (MIG, Stick), Fabrication, Mechanical Repair, and Electrical Repair.
• Experience with Hyster, LPG Forklifts, Electric Forklift, Diesel Forklift, and Material Handling Equipment.
• Knowledge of OEM Standards, Lockout‑Tagout, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
