Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
  • Manage a busy front-of-house environment, ensuring all visitors receive a positive experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them efficiently to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage visitor registrations, access passes and security procedures in line with company policies.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with health, safety and security requirements.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier services.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments and equipment for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation across reception, meeting rooms and communal areas.
  • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies, placing orders when required.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document management and general office administration.
  • Support the Customer Relations team and wider business with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service or Administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and support multiple business functions.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with a strong customer service focus.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to support the wider business.
