Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + OTE £45,000–£55,000 + Overtime

An established and successful automotive retailer is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join its busy aftersales team. As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Complete inspections, fault finding and repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct road tests where required to identify and confirm repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and follow workshop processes.
• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training.
• Contribute to workshop productivity while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, or Mechanic.
• Main dealer experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Saturdays: Rota basis, paid as overtime

• £32,000 – £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
