SEMH Teacher

SEMH Teacher (EBGlos) Gloucester, England

This full‑time teaching role supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs at KS3-KS4 in Gloucester.

• Full time teaching across KS3-KS4 within a small, supportive SEMH environment
• Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of learners with additional challenges
• Working closely with pastoral and behaviour teams to maintain a positive, structured learning environment
• Building strong relationships with students to support emotional regulation, confidence and progress

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working within SEMH settings or with high‑needs learners
• Strong behaviour management and a calm, resilient approach
• Someone passionate about helping young people re‑engage with learning

• Work alongside our specialised consultant, Ellie, who will provide ongoing support and guidance.
