Affinity Workforce Solutions are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with diverse needs in Gloucestershire-based schools. You will work under the guidance of teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement tailored interventions and nurture an inclusive classroom culture.
The role focuses on delivering 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs. Experience in SEND is welcome but not essential, with training and ongoing CPD provided.
