Fulfill regular classroom duties of an Education Support Professional under the supervision of the classroom teacher at O’Maley Middle School to support a student with disabilities by providing individualized, intensive instruction in all academic areas.

• Responsibilities:
  
  ● Provide classroom and educational support services to students under the supervision of the
  classroom teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
• Qualifications:
  
  ● Associates Degree or higher; or completion of Para Pro Testing
  
  ● Experience and/or education working with children with special needs, preferred
  
  ● Ability to work cooperatively with classroom teacher(s)
  
  ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  ● Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success.
  
  ● Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  
  ● Track record of professionalism and effective collaboration in the workplace
  Status: 32.5 Hours Weekly
  Salary:
  Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester
  Public Schools ESP salary schedule range of $29,355.00 - $35,535.00. We offer a comprehensive benefits
  package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and retirement options.
