Job Requirements

• Qualifications:
  
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Valid Massachusetts Educator’s License K-2, required
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of students, families and staff.
  5. Proficiency in using technology and educational software.

  Salary:
  Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester Public
  Schools Teacher’s salary schedule. Salary Range $60,150.00 - $. We offer a comprehensive benefits
  package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and retirement options.
