- Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and educational support services to students in the Therapeutic Program under the supervision of the special education classroom teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or higher; or completion of Para Pro Testing
Experience and/or education working with children with special needs, preferred
Ability to work cooperatively with classroom teacher(s)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success.
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Track record of professionalism and effective collaboration in the workplace.
Status: 32.5 Hours Weekly
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester Public Schools ESP salary schedule. Salary Range - $29,355.00 to $35,535.00 We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and retirement options. - Citizenship, residency or work visa required
