• Qualifications:
  
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Valid Massachusetts Educator’s License K-2, required
  3. Massachusetts Educator’s License in Reading (all levels), preferred
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of students, families and staff.
  6. Proficiency in using technology and educational software.

• Salary:
  Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester Public Schools Teacher’s salary schedule. Salary Range $60,150.00 - $.
