As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot engineering issues, measure film properties, generate documentation, and engage with customers.

• Design, execute, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization and collaborate with hardware and systems engineers.
• Troubleshoot problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve issues related to novel etch processes and equipment.
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.
• Interact with customers to resolve process, hardware, and integration problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering). Advanced degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device characterization and materials analysis.
• Experience with silicon wafer plasma processing equipment and plasma‑etch hardware and process.
• Understanding of semiconductor device and process technology.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience and understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and process integration schemes.
• Detailed knowledge of plasma‑etch processes and systems.
• Knowledge of advanced patterning processes for state‑of‑the‑art logic and memory devices.

• Domestic and/or international business travels up to 50%.
• Full time;
  Assignee / Regular employee type.
• Travel required; 50% of the time.
• Relocation eligible.
