WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes
Support new product launches & engineering changesAnalyze production/test data to improve quality & efficiency
Write and execute test procedures
Assist with troubleshooting & root cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering & operations teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Engineering degree (recent grads encouraged!)
Strong problem-solving mindset
Interest in manufacturing, production, or semiconductors
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Great communication & teamwork skills
