Our client is looking for RF Test Technician . Our client is a global provider of essential power solutions for the Industrial Technology, Healthcare, and Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment sectors—supporting the equipment that keeps critical systems running. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing functional testing, troubleshooting, and verification of RF products to ensure they meet electrical and performance specifications. If you enjoy working hands‑on with test setups and precise measurement equipment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to reliable power conversion hardware.
Inthis role, you will be:
- Setup and perform functional testing and troubleshooting on RF products such as generators, matching networks, and electrostatic chucks
- Verify units meet electrical specs including output power, frequency, efficiency, and stability requirements
- Follow and execute test procedures and test instructions accurately and consistently
- Recognize and diagnose failures at the system, board, and component level
- Generate test reports, failure summaries, and enter results into associated databases
- Assist with maintaining test equipment calibrations and logs
- Collaborate with RF design engineering and quality/manufacturing teams during product builds and debugging
- Operate and interpret data from test equipment including oscilloscopes, power meters, and sensors
- Use spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators (a plus)
Education and Experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a production test environment (preferably power electronics or RF power supplies)
- Experience with functional testing and troubleshooting on RF components/products
- Strong ability to verify electrical specifications: output power, frequency, efficiency, stability, and related requirements
- Proficiency operating and interpreting data from oscilloscopes, power meters, and sensors
- Knowledge of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators (preferred)
- Ability to recognize and diagnose failures at system, board, and component level
- Experience generating test reports and recording results in databases
- Assist with maintaining test equipment calibrations and logs
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military/technical training
