The Director of Engineering will build and lead a high-impact global engineering organization operating at the intersection of product development, supply chain, and operations. This includes shaping multi-year approaches to supply continuity, technical capability, cost structure, and supporting operational scalability—while leading a cross-functional team accountable for executing against an evolving strategy.
This role is ideal for leaders who enjoy tackling rapidly evolving and unfamiliar technical challenges, and who are motivated to grow their careers by taking on broader, enterprise-level responsibilities.
