Electronics Technician, Electronics Engineer
We're looking for a dependable RF Test Technician to join our client's team in Gloucester, MA. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, troubleshooting electronic systems, and working in a production environment, this could be a great fit for you!

$30-$32 per hour
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Duties- Set up and perform functional testing on RF products including generators, matching networks, and electrostatic chucks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at the system, board, and component level
- Verify performance against electrical specifications (power, frequency, efficiency, stability)
- Execute detailed test procedures and work instructions
- Document test results, failure data, and reports in internal systems
- Maintain test equipment, including calibration tracking and logs
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams for builds and debugging
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a production test environment (RF or power electronics preferred)
- Ability to read schematics and follow test procedures
- Experience using oscilloscopes, power meters, and sensors
- Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
