Chase - 233 Main Street - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options using digital channels;
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM in accordance with bank policies
