Bank Teller

Cape Ann Savings Bank is seeking a team oriented, positive, and outgoing professional for a full-time Teller position.

The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers.

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent math skills. Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
• Excellent computer skills
• Thorough understanding of customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred
• Cashier experience or student staff member of high school branch desirable
• Must be able to lift as much as 15 pounds at times
• May need to stand for long periods of time

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking transactions and inquiries
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Maintain accurate records of debits and credits while ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Utilize financial software to process transactions efficiently
• Identify opportunities for upselling financial products and services to enhance customer relationships

Expected scheduled days are Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts) and rotating Saturdays.
