The City of Gloucester is now accepting applications for the position of Assistant Assessor
. The Assistant Assessor provides assistance to the Director of Assessing and the Board of Assessors relating to all aspects of standard assessing procedures and functions, including, but not limited to data collection, data input, sales analysis, property valuation, abatements and exemptions. The Assistant Assessor plans and carries out work assignments independently under the direction of the Director of Assessing.
