This is a full-time leadership role, accountable for the overall performance and daily running of your club. You’ll set the tone for excellence across sales, service, and operations

As the face of Everlast Gyms, you’ll lead by example on the gym floor and reception, own high standards in every area, and inspire your team to deliver results. With a sharp eye for detail and a fearless, solutions-driven mindset, you’ll take full ownership of KPIs, people development, and operational consistency.

Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, and elevate a high-performing team, giving regular, constructive feedback to maximise potential.
Drive Commercial Success

Own all revenue lines – memberships, PT, secondary spend. Maximise overall profitability.

Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium environment that enhances every member interaction.
Operate with Excellence: Oversee all sales and operational processes, ensuring company standards and central initiatives (FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, MOVE) are delivered at the highest level.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring

Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)
