The Role

As a Coffee Associate, you will play a key role in our operations, working across packaging, extraction, and/or warehouse departments. You ll be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are sanitized, performing light material handling, sub-assembly tasks, and manual assembly duties. You ll also engage in daily team huddles, safety discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.

Your work will directly support our mission to deliver premium coffee products while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-train across various production areas to gain a broad understanding of operations.
  • Perform material handling, including transporting and organizing materials.
  • Complete light assembly tasks to support production needs.
  • Sanitize, maintain, and operate equipment according to company and industry standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify process and system improvements.
  • Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, OSHA, and company-specific regulations.
  • Escalate any safety or operational concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Participate actively in company-wide initiatives and discussions aimed at driving continuous improvement.

Other Physical Responsibilities and Working Conditions
  • Routinely traverse production floor, following safety protocols.
  • Work in a stationary position for extended periods of time (sitting or standing).
  • Perform tasks within manufacturing environment (work around heavy machinery with loud noises at times).
  • Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F
