Incoming Quality Inspector (JN - Gloucester, Massachusetts
Salary: USD
25 - USD
25 per year
We’re partnering with an innovative semiconductor manufacturer in Gloucester, MA that’s growing and looking to add a Quality Inspector to their team. If you enjoy hands‑on quality work, take pride in precision, and want a steady, long‑term role on first shift , this could be a great fit.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Gloucester, MA | Long‑Term Contract | $25/hr
- Inspect PCBs to IPC‑610 Class II standards
- Inspect cables and harnesses to IPC‑620 Class II
- Inspect electromechanical assemblies, including fastener torque
- Record inspection results and defects in the PDM system
- Complete ERP transactions to track materials
- Follow Safety, FOD, and ESD procedures
- Support continuous improvement efforts (5S, Kaizen, Lean)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- IPC inspection experience is a plus
- Must pass a background check and drug test
