Responsibilities- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Support new product launches and engineering changes.
- Analyze production and test data to improve quality and efficiency.
- Write and execute test procedures.
- Assist with troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and operations teams.
- Engineering degree (recent graduates encouraged).
- Strong problem‑solving mindset.
- Interest in manufacturing, production, or semiconductors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
