Electro-Mechanical Assembler- 1st Shift

Our client is looking for an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to join a global leader in power solutions across many industrial sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for performing light to moderate electro-mechanical assembly of RF generators, PCBAs, cable harnesses, and power supplies. You’ll read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure precise manufacturing, fault diagnosis, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has experience in electro-mechanical assembly, reading technical drawings, and applying lean manufacturing principles in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for those skilled in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Required Skills,

Education and Experience:

2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, specifically with RF generators, PCBAs, and power supplies

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and assembly instructions

Strong fault diagnosis skills and a focus on quality and continuous improvement

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Health and Safety, and 6S practices

Experience with cross-training or training team members in manufacturing processes
