The ideal candidate has experience in electro-mechanical assembly, reading technical drawings, and applying lean manufacturing principles in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for those skilled in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Required Skills,
Education and Experience:
2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, specifically with RF generators, PCBAs, and power supplies
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and assembly instructions
Strong fault diagnosis skills and a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Health and Safety, and 6S practices
Experience with cross-training or training team members in manufacturing processes
