Trim Technician

Sunday
-Wednesday, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm

The Trim Technician is responsible for all duties related to the harvest, trim and curing/drying of the cannabis plants in our facilities. Duties performed include hand trimming, maintaining harvesting equipment, harvesting plants, handling post-harvest plants, and processing cannabis waste. The Trim Technician reports directly to the Post-Harvest Managers.

Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to take and follow directions.

Must be able to work with a team as well as be independently motivated.

Manicure a minimum of 1 pound in a 10-hour shift consistently, by the end of the first 90 days.

Ensure that work areas are clean and always maintained to the standards of the company as well as CCC requirements.

Ensure that end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company.

Must be accountable and reliable.

Perform other related duties as directed by the lead and/or managers.

Required Skills

Must be at least 21 years of age

Good verbal and written skills

High school diploma or GED

Basic computer operating skills

Basic math skills

• Possess close visual acuity for viewing screens and fine print.

Must adhere to the MA. CCC hiring guidelines

Must be able to:

sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time

bend at the waist, kneel, crouch to access equipment

lift and carry up to 50lbs.
