Are you an experienced soldering professional looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturer? We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join a team focused on quality, precision, and teamwork. This is a hands-on role working with electronic components and assemblies in a clean, organized production environment.
Location: Gloucester, MA
Pay rate: $23-$25/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic and mechanical assembly of components and products
- Solder electronic components using hand tools and soldering equipment
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Previous electronics or mechanical assembly experience required
- Strong soldering skills required
- Ability to pass a hands-on soldering assessment during the interview process
- Experience working with small parts and detailed assemblies
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
