Are you an experienced assembler looking for a stable, first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing team? Our client in Gloucester is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler who takes pride in building high-quality products and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
Location: Gloucester, MA
Pay: $23-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
In this role, you'll work on a variety of electro-mechanical assemblies, utilizing your technical skills to create products that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
- Build PCBAs, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and power supplies.
- Configure and modify components based on customer requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
- Identify and resolve assembly issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background check required
