Sunday
-Wednesday, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
The Trim Technician is responsible for all duties related to the harvest, trim and curing/drying of the cannabis plants in our facilities. Duties performed include hand trimming, maintaining harvesting equipment, harvesting plants, handling post-harvest plants, and processing cannabis waste. The Trim Technician reports directly to the Post-Harvest Managers.
Essential Job Functions:- Must be able to take and follow directions.
- Must be able to work with a team as well as be independently motivated.
- Manicure a minimum of 1 pound in a 10-hour shift consistently, by the end of the first 90 days.
- Ensure that work areas are clean and always maintained to the standards of the company as well as CCC requirements.
- Ensure that end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company.
- Must be accountable and reliable.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the lead and/or managers.
