Join the mission of Improving Lives as a Staff Nurse at Jefferson Health, the largest health system in the Philadelphia region. In this role you will care for patients in critical‑care units during the night shift.

• Perform patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
• Practice safe medication administration and assess patient responses.
• Participate in reviewing and implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
• Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period and complete all required documentation.

• BSN degree preferred.
• State‑issued RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• At least 2 years of critical‑care experience.

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. The position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
